Ri Ra is one of the most amazing pub's in Portland's Old Port, truly an Irish pub. The interior decor is salvaged remnants from pubs of Ireland and London.  They offer the cozy atmosphere of a traditional pub along with dining on the second level with beatiful water views. The food is as pleasing to the eye as it is to the palate and reasonably priced!
